1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms are an agreement between you and the business below. When these Terms say “we”, “us” or “cutipAI”, they mean that business.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the cutipAI website or downloadable application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. AI Generation Credits

cutipAI utilizes a credit-based system for AI generation tasks. Credits are consumed based on the complexity, duration, and resolution of the generated asset. Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credit you have already spent on a completed generation is not refunded, because the work was produced; a failed or cancelled generation is never charged. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase and reclaim any unspent credit — see our refund and cancellation policy, which is the single statement of these terms.

4. User Content & Local Media

You retain full ownership of all local media files you edit using our software. You also own the rights to the AI-generated outputs you create using the platform, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to edit and distribute the content you produce.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the cutipAI generation tools to create illegal content, non-consensual deepfakes, CSAM, or content that violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The cutipAI software and services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for any data loss, including loss of local media files, or production delays resulting from the use of our tools. Always maintain backups of your source media. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Governing law, and your local rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your local courts where the law of that country gives you that right. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or under consumer law where you live.
