cutipAI is an online service. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses and no delivery times to quote.
Credit is added to your balance as soon as your payment is confirmed, which is normally within a few seconds. You do not need to do anything to claim it. If your payment succeeded but your balance has not moved after a few minutes, refresh the page — and if it still has not, email us and we will put it right.
Generated video, images and audio appear in the editor as they are produced. How long a job takes depends on what you asked for — typically from a few seconds to a few minutes. Exports are produced in your browser and saved wherever you choose to save them.
cutipAI runs in a web browser and can be used anywhere you have internet access. It works best in a recent version of Chrome or Edge; some features are limited in other browsers.
