If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. We refund the unspent part of that purchase in full, to the card you paid with, within 14 days of you telling us. Email hello@cutipai.net — any clear statement that you are withdrawing will do, in your own words. There is no form to fill in.
Credit you have already spent on a completed generation is not refunded, because the work was produced and it cost us to produce. Please buy the amount you expect to use — you can top up at any time, and nothing recurs. The smallest single purchase is $10.
This is not a refund case, because there is nothing to refund. A generation is charged only when it succeeds. If a job fails, the amount held for it is released back to your balance automatically and immediately.
Your balance stays on your account for as long as the account is active. Unused credit is never lost or reclaimed. Outside the 14-day withdrawal right in section 1, it cannot be converted back to money.
cutipAI is pay as you go. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no renewal date, so there is no billing arrangement to cancel. If you want your account and its data deleted, email us at hello@cutipai.net or use the contact page and we will close it. Any unused credit is forfeited on closure, so spend it first.
